Should you be traveling overseas or only have access to a web browser, this tool allows you to check your email from virtually anywhere. Since this feature will take up extra space on the web server, use only as a quick means of reading and replying mails. Do not store any emails here.
Upon receiving a default password when joining the company, it is mandatory that you change your default password.
After logging in click on User Information|Edit. Click on Logout when you are done.
It is also recommended that you change your email password every 3 to 6 months.
Should you be leaving the office for a period of time, use this tool to generate email auto-replies to be sent out to incoming emails.
After logging in click on Email Manager|Vacation Message|Edit. Click on Logout when you are done.
